For inclusion in the feed of pigs poultry and calves for prophylactic use when the veterinarian considers them to be at risk from disease, or for the treatment of diseases of pigs poultry and calves caused by micro-organisms sensitive to chlortetracycline.

Directions for Use:
DO NOT USE in lactating cows where milk or milk products may be used for human consumption.

Prophylactic Use:
Use during periods of stress such as weaning, vaccination, transportation, rehousing, etc, when there is danger of development of disease. Thoroughly mix 500 g AUROFAC 200 Antibiotic Feed Supplement into each tonne of feed to give 100 g/tonne of chlortetracycline hydrochloride and administer for a period up to 4 weeks when protection is required.

Therapeutic Use:
Thoroughly mix 2 kg AUROFAC 200 Antibiotic Feed Supplement into each tonne of feed to give 400 g/tonne of chlortetracycline hydrochloride and administer for a period not exceeding 7 days as indicated.

Any variation by the prescribing veterinarian to the registered dose, frequency, duration, route, disease or target species may result in the need to extend the approved withholding period.

WITHHOLDING PERIOD(S):
MEAT:
(Prophylactic dose) REMOVE ALL MEDICATED FEED 5 days (pigs and calves); 2 days (poultry) before slaughter for human consumption.
(Therapeutic dose) REMOVE ALL MEDICATED FEED 10 days (calves); 7 days (pigs and poultry) before slaughter for human consumption.

Disposal:
Shake and empty contents into medicated feed. Do not dispose of undiluted chemicals on-site. Puncture and bury empty containers in a local authority landfill. If no landfill is available, bury the containers below 500mm in a disposal pit specifically marked and set up for this purpose clear of waterways, vegetation and roots. Empty containers and product should not be burnt.

Storage:
Store below 25°C (air conditioning) in a dry place. Keep container tightly closed.
