For use in the feeds of broiler chickens, for the prevention and control of coccidiosis caused by Eimeria spp.
Directions of Use:
Thoroughly mix CYCARB 250 Anticoccidial Premix into the feed at the rate of 500 g per tonne to give a
concentration of 125 g/t Nicarbazin in the complete feed.
Feeds containing CYCARB 250 should be the only rations fed to broiler chickens to avoid dilution of the active
ingredient.
Precaution:
DO NOT FEED to laying hens. Broilers over 28 days receiving nicarbazin are more prone to losses from heat stress.
Withholding period:
DO NOT administer later than 4 days before slaughter for human consumption.
First Aid:
If poisoning occurs, contact a doctor or Poisons Information Centre. Phone Australia 131126.
Disposal:
Shake and empty contents into medicated feed. Do not dispose of undiluted chemicals on-site. Puncture or
shred and bury empty bag in a local authority landfill. If no landfill is available, bury the bag below 500 mm in a
disposal pit specifically marked and set up for this purpose clear of waterways, vegetation and roots. Empty bag and
left-over product should not be burnt.
Storage:
Store in a dry place below 25ºC (Air Conditioning).
