Product Description:
Deccox (decoquinate) is an anticoccidial premix for the prevention of coccidiosis caused by Eimeria spp. Decoquinate is an
anticoccidial drug that stops development of the intestinal parasite early in its life cycle. Deccox has been approved to use in
New Zealand for cocci control in goats, lambs, sheep, calves and cattle, in Japan for anticoccidial in broilers.

Safety and Compatibility:
Humans: oral rat LD50 is greater than 5000mg/kg Bw.
Animals: Deccox is safe to all animals under recommended use level, and it also has wide safety margin to non-targeted species
especially horses.
Deccox can be used in combination with other major anticoccidials in broilers.
Summary:
- Deccox is used for the prevention of coccidiosis caused by E. bovis and E.zurnii in ruminating and non-ruminating
calves, including veal calves and cattle. It stops development of the intestinal parasite, prevents further damage to the intestine,
enabling cattle to convert feed efficiently.
- Deccox protects sheep and goats against the major pathogenic species of Eimeria that cause production losses.
- In broiler chickens, Deccox is used for the prevention of coccidiosis caused by E. tenella, E. necatrix, E. acervulina,
E. mivati, E. maxima, and E. brunetti.
- Deccox has no withdrawal period when fed to cattle, sheep, goats and chickens. It has a wide margin of safety in cattle, sheep,
goats, chickens, swine, game birds and horses.
